Custom House

Eggplant soup, a little wagyu, a little carrot cake. Custom House is not a steakhouse, it’s about artisan meats. Points for ambiance and presentation, but the portion sizes, and their pastry chef’s concept of carrot cake, leave a lot to be desired. In light of that we have a new rule: A steakhouse must have at least 4 steaks on the menu at all times. I’ll be posting a batting order page and a rules page.Next month’s steak night is April 3rd.
