That was quote was in honor of Ric Flair, the most recent recipient of 30 for 30 honor on ESPN.  And the quote fits like a glove.  I’ll keep this short and sweet being that it’s just a filler post at this point.   While some had bad orders, those of us who chose wisely and got a wet-aged steak to ourselves had an outstanding meal.  Every appetizer, every side, & every drink was exquisite.  Every dog can have it’s day with a steak, but there is no restaurant which can come close to hitting on every cylinder like Bavette’s does.  Conversation was lively.  Wait staff was on point as usual with the right amount of attention and knowing their customer.  You will never feel like a tourist here.  But you will feel like a glutton.  It was amazing that even in Hans’ absence he still managed to eat all of the elote style corn.
